  • The URL that referred you to our Services
  • The pages you visit and the time spent on each page
  • Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address
  • Device Identifiers and basic device characteristics

c. Information from third parties

From time to time, we may receive information about you from trusted third parties — for example, dealer partners who refer a prospective customer, advertising platforms reporting on campaign performance, or publicly available business directories. We use such information only to the extent permitted by law and in line with this Privacy Policy.

d. Communications

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we may retain a record of that correspondence — and, in the case of phone calls, may record conversations for quality and training purposes after notifying you.

Section 04

How we use your information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries, share product information, pricing, brochures, or arrange a test ride at your nearest dealership.
  • To evaluate dealership and distribution applications, and to onboard partners who meet our requirements.
  • To send service-related communications — for example, confirmations, scheduling messages, recall or safety notifications, and operational updates.
  • To send marketing communications about new products, offers, events and brand news — only where you have opted in or where permitted under applicable law. You can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how visitors engage with our Services so we can improve content, navigation, design and overall experience.
  • To conduct internal research, analytics, and product development.
  • To prevent, detect and investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse of the Services and violations of our terms.
  • To comply with applicable laws, court orders and lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.

Section 05

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your Personal Information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

a. Authorised dealers and distributors

When you submit an enquiry, request a quote, or ask to be connected to a nearby dealer, we share the necessary Personal Information (such as your name, contact number, city and product of interest) with our authorised dealer or distributor partner so they can serve you directly.

b. Service Providers

We rely on carefully selected Service Providers to operate our Services — for hosting, cloud storage, CRM and lead management, email and messaging delivery, web analytics, payment processing (where applicable), and customer support tooling. These Service Providers may access your Personal Information only to perform their contracted functions and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

c. Group and affiliated entities

We may share information within the aK Group of entities and affiliated brands (including our consumer-facing brand sites) for internal business and operational purposes, consistent with this Privacy Policy.

d. Legal and regulatory disclosures

We may access, preserve and disclose your information where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (ii) enforce our terms and conditions or other applicable agreements; (iii) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or (iv) protect the rights, property or safety of aK Group, our employees, customers, or the public.

e. Business transfer

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, investment, sale of substantially all assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to a privacy commitment at least as protective as this policy.

Section 06

Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate essential functionality, remember your preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors use the Services.

  • Essential cookies are required for the site to function — for example, to remember form input while you navigate.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve content and design.
  • Marketing cookies may be used by partners (such as Google or Meta) to measure campaign effectiveness and show you relevant advertising on other platforms.

Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings — including blocking, deleting, or being notified when cookies are set. Disabling cookies may affect the behaviour of certain features. We do not control cookies set by third parties; their use is governed by the respective third party’s privacy policy.

Section 07

Third-party services & links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, embedded maps, social media widgets, or content provided by partners. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide any product or service requested.
  • To maintain commercial records of dealer relationships and transactions.
  • To comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • To resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect against fraud or misuse.

Once these purposes are no longer applicable, we will securely delete or anonymise your information. Aggregated or anonymised data — which does not identify you — may be retained for analytical and business intelligence purposes.

Section 09

Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the Personal Information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion of your information, where we are not required by law or legitimate business purpose to retain it.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please write to us at info@akgroupcompany.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 10

Security

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures consistent with the nature of the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure for data at rest.

While we take meaningful steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure. You transmit information to us at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your account credentials, OTPs and other access details confidential.
